The Laurels of Walden Park is conveniently located at 5700 Karl Road in Columbus, Ohio. Our skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, formerly known as Villa Angela Care Center prior to joining the Laurel Health Care Company family of facilities, has been caring for the Greater Columbus community for decades. Our 225-bed facility promotes the highest level of care and quality of life to guests who are with us for short-term respite, rehabilitation or hospice care, or for extended stays.

We pride ourselves on the continuity of care available to our guests of our facility through individualized programs designed to meet their specific needs. We excel at short-term respite and hospice care, as well as short-term rehabilitation. And if you are rehabilitating with us, you can rest assured our therapy team is working with your physician to design a plan that will get you back in the game as quickly as possible.
